All members of staff were very helpful and friendly. My room didn't have a locker (I needed to keep my passport and other valuables safe) and that was, swiftly resolved. I needed some practical information and about places to eat, use of transport, etc and I got all the answers I needed. Five stars for everyone I had contact with. Thank you! A lot of places to eat near by.

Great location, area with lots of bars restaurants and within walking of historical center. Nice breakfast. Good showers.

Location is good, however it is very noisy during weekends. Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Reception staff was friendly. Had some minor issues when checking-in, as the online pre check-in failed to save all my info correctly. Breakfast experience was poor, food was average at best, long wait for buffet to be replenish, it took almost 20min for the coffee to be refilled. Small and loud breakfast area. Wifi reception was practically non existent in my room.
